What are these little black specks in the caramel?

Little black pieces or specks in the caramel are from the whole vanilla bean we use in our recipe. Whole bean vanilla doesn't dissolve and thus is visible in the caramel. It's totally worth the added natural flavor!

Why do some of my chocolates have little bubbles on top? Have they gone bad?

The chocolate is perfectly edible and has not degraded or gone bad at all. These air bubbles form on occasion during the enrobing process and are purely a minor aesthetic imperfection. We're constantly working to improve our manufacturing process to ensure all our candies come out as close to perfect as possible!!
